AGILENT 83650B Générateur vobulateur synthétisé, 10 MHz à 50 GHz

The Agilent 83650B is the standard of excellence for applications requiring the high performance and accuracy of a synthesized source and the speed and versatility of a sweep oscillator. Also called a sweeper, the unit has synthesized broadband frequency coverage and precise 1 Hz frequency resolution (Opt 008) are generated by indirect synthesis, enabling it to achieve low single-sideband phase noise performance. The HP 83650B also delivers excellent harmonic performance with harmonics at least 50 dB below the carrier from 2.0 to 26.5 GHz and at least 40 dB below the carrier above 26.5 GHz. This unit is compatible with Agilent scalar and vector network analyzers, noise figure systems, and millimeter wave source modules. Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments (SCPI) ensures compatibility with other HP equipment.

Options

• Option 001 adds step attenuator With this option, minimum settable output power is –110 dBm. Maximum leveled output power is reduced by 1.5 dB to 20 GHz, 2 dB above 20 GHz, and 2.5 dB above 40 GHz.
• Option 002 adds internal modulation generator (8360B only – not available on 8360L) Adds a digitally synthesized modulation waveform source-on-a-card to the 8360. Provides signals that would otherwise be applied to the external modulation inputs.
• Option 006 fast pulse modulation (8360B only – not available on 8360L) Improves pulse rise/fall time to 10 ns. Also improves harmonic performance.
